I went over to hp website to find the software and driver and installed but it does not work. So I accidentally uninstalled the program and my driver stopped working. I also made test on Windows 8 when I troubleshooting this issue, I simply put new HDD, install Win 8 圆4 Prof, install all drivers from Intel + Nvidia SVGA driver, than I apply all Windows update fixes and do test on rear USB 3.0 ports it works grate for about 4 hours. What I have been reading around is that I might need update my USB 3.0 (Nec Renesas) firmware, but I havent been able to find any. The AKE express card is not a Plugable product, but I believe it does use the NEC/Renesas chipset, so it should use the same driver package. There are no Intel USB 3.0 drivers for windows 8/8.1.
